Chicken jalfraizee Recipe in Urdu
500 grams chicken, 1 medium onion made to a paste, 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 1 green bell pepper cut into strips, 1 small green chilly, 1 teaspoon National ginger garlic paste, ½ teaspoon National turmeric, ½ teaspoon National garam masala (hot spice mix), ½ teaspoon National cumin powder, ½ teaspoon National red chilly powder, ½ teaspoon National black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ cup Olpers cream, 1 tablespoon ghee and National salt to taste.

HOW TO PREPARE
Take a frying pan and pour the ghee. When it’s hot and bubbling add the onion, National ginger garlic paste, National turmeric and sauté for two minutes. Add all the ingredients except the Olpers cream and mix it up well and cook on a medium flame for 20 minutes. Then add the Olpers cream, cover, simmer and cook for another five minutes or till the chicken is nice and tender. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves. Chicken jalfraizee Serve hot.
