Chicken Dumplings with Ginger Chilli:
Chicken minced 200 gm
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped green onion ¾ cup
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tsp
Chopped carrot ½ cup
Sesame oil ½ tsp
Salt, black pepper to taste
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Egg yolk 1
Ingredients for Dumpling:
Flour 2 cup
Water ½ cup
Ingredients for Sauce:
Vinegar ½ cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies as required
Oil 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chopped green coriander1tbsp
Corn flour ½ tsp
Crushed red chilies ½ tsp
For dumpling add flour in water knead well. Make small balls and roll them. For filling mix all ingredients. Fill filling in dumpling cover. For sauce heat oil add green chilies fry well. Add remaining sauce ingredients. Mix steam dumpling serve.

Sweet and Sour Pineapple Chicken:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Carrot julienned ¾ cup
Capsicum ¾ cup
Pineapple ¾ cup
Onion cubes 1
Red cherries as required
For Chicken Marination:
Egg 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Ingredients for Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 3 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt as required
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Sugar 1-1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Ketchup ¾ cup
Ginger powder ½ tsp
Garlic ½ tsp
Apply all ingredients of marination on chicken. Cook in oil. Fry all vegetable in 2 tbsp of oil. Mix all ingredients of sauce. Heat oil in pan and cook sauce ingredients till it becomes thick. Add vegetables, cherries, pineapple and fried chicken mix. Remove and serve.
