Hiya! Today we will discuss about Chicken Dim Sum | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana



A quick and easy recipe to make the classic Dim Sum.
CHICKEN DIMSUM

Ingredients

250 grams boneless chicken leg, minced
1 cup refined flour + for dusting
½ tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp stock seasoning
2 tbsps freshly chopped spring onion greens
½ tbsp oyster sauce
Cabbage leaves as required for steaming
Soy sauce for serving

Method

1. Mix together refined flour and sufficient water in a bowl. Knead into semi-soft dough. Set aside
2. To make the chicken stuffing, mix together chicken mince, garlic paste, coriander, stock seasoning, and oyster sauce in a mixing bowl and set aside.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust the working-top with flour and roll out the portions into thin discs. Place a portion of the chicken stuffing on the thin discs and shape into dim sum of desired shape.
4. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Cover the base of the steamer with cabbage leaves, cover and steam for a minute. Place the prepared dim sum over the leaves, cover and steam for 8-10 minutes.
5. Serve hot with soya sauce.
