Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Vinegar 1 tsp
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1 tsp
National Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Coating Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Egg 1
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Water 1 Cup
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a chopper and add Boneless Chicken, Vinegar, Onion, National Salt, Green Chilli, Paprika Powder, National Garlic Powder, National Ginger Powder, National Black Pepper Powder and chopped it well.
Step 2: Now take a Plastic wrap and put 2 tbsp Batter (From step 1) and roll it and fold it from both sides and cut extra plastic wrap. Follow this method for all.
Step 3: Now take a pot and put water and boil it and then add this and boil it for 10 minutes on medium flame with lid. After that put this into cold water and rest it until it become cold. After that remove the plastic wrap and put into wood sticks.
Step 4: Now make coating batter. Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Baking Powder, National Salt, National Black Pepper Powder, Oregano and mix it well and then add egg and water and mix it well. Your Caoting is Ready. Now take a glass and put this coating into glass.
Step 5: Now take a stick and dip it into batter and then fry into preheated oil until it become golden color. Follow this method for all. Now your Chicken Corn Dogs is Ready.
