Ingredients:
For chicken:
Chicken cubes – 1/2 kg
Garlic (fine chopped) – 1 tb sp
Peperika powder -1 tb sp
Red chilli flakes -1 tb sp
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Salt -as required
Bar b q sauce -1 tb sp
Lemon juice -1 tb sp
Yogurt-4 tb sp
Olper’s dairy cream-2 tb sp
Oil -3 tb sp
For Rice:
Rice – 1/2 kg
Salt as required
Garlic fine chopped -1 tsp
Oil – tb sp
For Sauce:
Olper’s dairy cream – 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise -1/2 cup
Yogurt – 1 tb sp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes -1/4 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Method:
- Marinate the chicken add all ingredients mix it well then give the smoke of charcole and set a side for 1/2 hour.
- Then heat the oil and put marinated chicken in it cook while it done.
- Soak the rice for 1/2 hour then boil it ( cooked 80 %)
- Then sauté the Garlic in oil and add boil rice mix it well cook for 3 to 4 mint.
- Put the olper’s dairy cream, mayonnaise and all ingredients mix together.
- Now take a dish first give a layer of rice and add bar b q chicken the drizzle the creamy sauce on it.
- If you like you also add ice burg or lettuce on it.
