I think that's pretty unfair. A good manager puts in alot of effort to coordinate the operations of a business, be pro-active in maximizing the potential of a business and has to make decisions that can make or break a business. This manager just happens to suck.

An hour into lunch and no food coming out of the kitchen? None? ROFL Just like so many other occupations, the managers are a bunch of incompetent dweebs who could never do the job their subordinates do. Great video.
If anyone can put Ramsay in his place, Peter's the man. Gordon seemed to be a lot less abnoxious around Peter, but he was just enough to make him not look like he was intimidated by him. lol
