  1. "I don't like the name Maggie's"

Totally missing the point that it was a suggestion and if he doesn't like it, he should think of something else along the same idea.

  2. "Maggie's says… maggie's caravan stop and get a bacon roll."

You build your own reputation and loyal customer base. If you can cook good food, it won't be "stop and get a bacon roll" but "stop and celebrate an important day, go out to eat a nice dinner".

  3. I think the chef was being a child over the name; it's just a name, you can still make it Coco's or something. It just sounds as pretentious as he is.

  4. Usually I agree with Chef, but the name thing is very crucial. Companies like McDonald's Coca-Cola go to extreme lengths to protect their names. The name IS the company.

  5. The guy attitude,hmmmm…ok…hmmmmm…ok gordon….hmmmmm….yaa……………hmmm…..whateverrr……hmmmmmmmmmmmm………………….

  6. The name Rococo is terrible for a restaurant. It's a good name for a gay disco club. And their logo is beyond terrible. They seriously had an '@' symbol on their shield next to 'Rococo'? I'm not even gonna mention the choice of fonts.

  7. Simply: Nick's Place.

Hey guys, it's the little cozy diner by your friendly neighbor Nick. Small town, you all know him. He happens to be a good chef, too. So, when the prices are finally adjusted to your belt buckle size, the food isn't pretentious, and, since he is a good chef, it's fresh and tastes good, you can all come in and enjoy it!

  8. Hi KN. I really like your play list. But I do not like the fact that the shows are broken down to 3 plus minute clips. If you watch an entire episode you watch more commercials than if you watched it on TV.

Just my 2 cents. Otherwise, good job!
