Cheesy Chickpo Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

Potato 2 (Boiled and Mashed)
Boiled Chicken 1/2 Cup (Shredded)
Breadcrumbs as you required
Mozzarella Cheese as you required (Sticks)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Mint 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Egg 1
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boiled Potato, Boiled Chicken, Green Chilli, Onion, White Pepper Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Mint, Green Coriander and mix it well.

Step 2: Now take some batter (from step 1) and press it on hands and then place a Mozzarella Cheese Stick and then bind it well and make a roll. Follow this and make all rolls.

Step 3: Now take a roll and coating with egg and then coating with Breadcrumbs. Follow this and make all rolls. Now deep fry it into high preheated oil. After that your Cheesy Chickpo Rolls are ready.

In a food processor grate potatoes and onion. In a large bowl combine potatoes, onions, eggs, pancake mix, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Spoon potatoes into skillet and cook as you would pancakes, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
