Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Water as you required
National Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Filling Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp (Grated)
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Cheddar Cheese Cubes
Chutney Ingredients:
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Garlic 2 Cloves
Red Chilli 12
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add plain flour and salt and mix it well and then add oil and mix it well and then knead it with water. Dough Should be normal soft not hard and not too soft, just normal Soft. After that cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Button Red Chilli, Green Onion, Oil, Garlic, Coriander Powder, National Ginger Powder, National Cumin Powder, National Salt, National Black Pepper Powder and mix it well and then take some piece of this mince and press it on hands and then place a Cheddar Cheese Cube and bind it well and make a ball. Follow this method and make all balls.
Step 3: Now go for dough and make small size ball and then take a ball and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and then rolling this and make a circle shape bread and then place a mince ball from step 2 and then fold it in Momos Shape (for this watch above video) and make all Momos with this method.
Step 4: Now take a pot and fill it (half) with water and then place a steamer stand or net stand and cover with lid and boil in on high flame for 5 minutes.
Step 5: After that remove the lid and grease the steamer stand with oil and then place all Momos on the steamer stand and then cover with lid and steam/cook it for 20 minutes on high to medium flame. After that your Cheesy Chicken Momos is Ready.
