Cake Rusk:
Ingredients:
Flour 4 oz
Eggs 3
Sugar 100gm
Butter 100gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Yellow food color few drops
Milk as required
Method :
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Sift in baking powder and flour. Now add eggs one by one add the flour mixture and vanilla essence and yellow colour, mix well. Check consistency of mixture and add milk. Now put this mixture in 6” square cake pan and bake in preheated oven on180ºC for 25 to 30 minutes. Then take it out from the oven and let it cool down for about 5 min, then cut in slices and again bake until crispy and golden brown on 150ºC for 15 to 20 minutes. Now enjoy Cake Rusk with tea.

French Fries Board:
Ingredients
Assorted frozen curly /crinkle cut fries as required
Ketchup as required
Chili garlic sauce as required
Mayonnaise as required
Cheese sauce as required
Honey mustard as required
Ranch as required
Method
Fry the fries in hot oil till golden and crispy. Drain and serve with ketchup, chili garlic sauce, or plain mayonnaise, cheese sauce, honey mustard or ranch dressing. Serve fries on a board with the sauces on the sides in small containers.
