Buttery Corn Chaat:
Ingredients:
Boiled corn 1-1/2 cup
Chopped onion 4 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 1
Butter 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 1
White cumin ½ tsp
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Sev thin 4 tbsp
Method:
Heat butter add onion fry well. Add boiled corn, chaat masala, crushed black pepper and lemon juice fry well. Also add white cumin. Add tomato, onion and green coriander mix well and pour in small glasses. Garnish with remaining with onion, tomato and sev.

Masala Tea:
Ingredients:
Water 2 cup
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cardamoms 3-4
Cloves 2
Dry ginger 2 pinches
Cinnamon 1 piece small
Tea leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
Boil water and milk. Add sugar, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon bring to boil. Add tea leaves cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minute. Remove and serve in bowl.

Sagodana Wara:
Ingredients:
Sago ¾ cup
Boiled potatoes 1 cup
White cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped green coriander 4 tbsp
Green chilies 4 tbsp
Oil for fry
Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
Method:
Soak sago for 2 to 3 hour. Keep in sieve to remove water. Mix all ingredients except oil. Make small wara and fry. Serve with chutney.

Tawa Aalu Chicken Sandwiches:
Ingredients for Filling:
Boiled potatoes 2
Green chutney 2 tbsp
Boiled chicken shredded ¾ cup
Chopped green chilies ½ cup
Green coriander ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Sandwiches:
Bread slices 8-10
Tomato sliced 1
Cucumber 1
Onion sliced 1
Butter 4 tbsp
Method:
Put chicken on tawa with green chilies fry well. Add boiled potatoes, shredded chicken, chaat masala mix well, cook. Add butter toast bread slices. Apply mixture on slices, then place tomato and cucumber sliced. cover with second sliced toast sandwich and cut from center.
