Beef skewers:
Ingredients:
Beef cubes 90 gm
Capsicum red cubed 12 gm
Capsicum yellow cubed 12 gm
Capsicum green cubed 12 gm
Salt 2 gm
Black pepper 2 gm
Method
In a bowl put beef cube add red , yellow ,green capsicum pieces, marinated with salt pepper, use an skewer put first 1 beef cube and then capsicum piece and so on …around 4 pieces in a row of beef ,in pan add oil and pan seared the skewers, for around 8 minutes until nicely done.
Serve hot with some bbq sauce
Cream Cheese Filled Mushroom:
Ingredients:
Button mushroom 30 gm
Cheese 8 gm
Parmesan cheese 5 gm
Grated mozzarella 5 gm
Basil pesto 1 tsp
Salt & Black pepper to taste
Bread crumbs 100 gm
Method
In bowl add Philadelphia cheese, parmesan, mozorrella,
Basil pesto, mix all well, use it to stuff in the mushroom,
Bread the mushrooms now fry them and serve them hot
On side you can give chilli sauce
Crispy Onion Rings with Barbeque Sauce:
Ingredients:
Onion rings 150 gm
Tempura batter 1 cup
Salt & Black pepper to taste
Barbeque sauce 1 small ramekin
Flour 50 gm
Method
Take a whole onion and cut into thick slices, put this onion ring in bowl add salt pepper and flour
Mix it for 1 minute
Put it now in tempura batter and fry it in oil.
For around 3 minutes until golden brown.
serve with B.B.Q sauce
Meatballs in masala sauce:
Ingredients:
Minced beef 120 gm
Garlic 15 gm
Ginger 20 gm
Onion 20 gm
Tomato sauce 20 gm
Tomato chopped 30 gm
Chilli flakes 2 gm
Salt & Black pepper to taste
Method
In a bowl add beef mince, salt ,pepper and chilli flakes, mix it well. Then make small meatballs fry it in oil for around 1 minuet until well done.
For sauce
Take a pan, sauté garlic and add onion, tomato, cook well and blend,
Boil this tomato sauce and add the cooked Meat balls
For around 1 minute and serve it hot
Tomato Gazpacho:
Ingredients:
Red bell pepper 10 gm
Fresh tomato 30 gm
Coriander 5 gm
Celery 5 gm
Cucumber seedless 12 gm
Lemon juice 5 ml
Tabasco sauce 2 ml
Vinegar 5 ml
Sugar 3 gm
Salt & Black pepper to taste
Method
Cut all vegetable in small cubes put in one bowl, add red bell pepper tomatoes, coriander, celery,stick,cucmber blend it well, add lemon Juice for taste
Tabasco, Red vinegar, sugar, salt pepper
Strain it in fine strainer and serve it in a nice Soup plate cold
