Besan Gatta Curry:
Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder ¾ tsp
Turmeric 1 pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Carom seeds 2 pinches
Ingredients for Gravy:
Oil ½ cup
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Onion ground 2 tbsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Green coriander for garnish
All spice powder for garnish
Knead gatta ingredients with little amount of water and form a dough, roll. Cut into small pieces. For gravy heat oil add Asafoetida and fenugreek cook. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, chili and turmeric , cook. Mix yogurt and gram flour add in pan with 1 cup of water. Stir continuously, remove after 5 minute. When it set turn flame into low, cook for 5 minute. Garnish with green coriander and all spice powder, serve.

Besan kay parathay:
Gram flour 2 cup
Flour 1 cup
Salt, chili as required
Carom 1 tsp
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Cumin, coriander 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Clarified butter for fry
Mix all ingredients except clarified butter, knead with water. Leave for 15 minute, make paratha and cook in clarified butter.
