2 medium beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsps scraped coconut
2 garlic cloves
1 green chilli
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste


1. In a blender, add beetroot, scraped coconut, garlic cloves, green chilli and lemon juice, salt and 2½ cups water. Blend to a smooth consistency.
2. Place a muslin cloth in a strainer and strain the prepared mixture.
3. Pour the strained mixture in shot glasses and serve.
