Beef Stroganoff Recipe in Urdu
- Beef undercut 1/2 kilo (frozen)
- Onions 3 medium (cut finely)
- Capsicum 1 (slice then finely length wise after deseeding it)
- Button mushrooms 12 (sliced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper pd 1 tsp
- Dairy cream 2 tbs
- Margarine 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Take out the undercut from the freezer and with a sharp knife make fine slits on it.
- In a big kadahi heat cooking oil and fry the onions lightly.
- Then add capsicums, mushrooms, black pepper pd, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Quickly add margarine, add the beef, also add salt and lemon juice, cook it on a high flame for five minutes, then reduce the flame.
- Add cream and cook till the steam starts to come out.
- Be careful that the cream doesn’t curdle.
- As soon as the steam comes out, serve it.
- Sprinkle parsley.
