Beef steak with Relish Sauce:
Ingredients:
Beef undercut 300 gram
Oil 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt, Black pepper 1 pinch
Garlic 1 tsp
Lemon 1
Rosemary ½ tsp
White pepper a pinch
Ingredients for Red Relish Sauce
Garlic ½ tsp
Red bell pepper 10 gram
Yellow bell pepper 10 gram
Capsicum 10 gram
Black olives 10 gram
Green olive 10 gram
Marinara sauce 2 tbsp
Chili paste 2 tbsp
Salt, Black pepper 1 pinch
Chicken powder 1 pinch
Method
Marinate beef undercut with salt, black pepper, white pepper, mustard paste, rosemary, lemon juice, soya sauce and garlic for half hour.
red relish sauce:
Heat the oil fry garlic. Add capsicum, red, yellow, green olives, black olives, marinara sauce, chili paste cook for 1 minute. Heat the grill pan and grease with oil. Add beef undercut cook for 9 to 10 minute. Remove in a platter. Pour sauce over it.

Fried Ice Cream:
Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
Milk 1 cup
Icing sugar 3 tablespoon
Bread crumbs 2 cups
Chocolate syrup 3 tablespoon
Cream 3 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Almonds 3 – 4
Pistachios 3 – 4

Method
In a bowl add milk and icing sugar mix well. In separate bowl add bread crumbs. Coat ice cream with breadcrumbs then dip in milk and again coat with breadcrumbs and keep in freezer.
Chocolate sauce method:
In pan add chocolate syrup, cream, sugar, almonds and pistachios cook for 1 minute. Heat oil in sauce pan add frozen ice cream cook for 1 to 2 minute fry well. Topping with chocolate syrup.

Grilled Fish with Bell Pepper Sauce:
Ingredients:
Fish 300 gram
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
White pepper 1 pinch
Lemon half
Oil 2 tbsp
Bell Pepper Sauce:
Red bell pepper 1
Coconut milk 2 cups
Salt 1 pinch
White pepper 1 pinch
Chicken powder 1 pinch
Basil leaves 3-4
Grill fish Method:
Marinate fish with mustard paste, salt, white pepper, lemon juice and oil mix well. Keep in fridge for 10 minute
Bell Pepper Sauce Method:
Roast bell pepper well. Remove skin blend in blender with oil. Heat oil in fry pan, sauté garlic well. Add red capsicum paste well. Add coconut milk, salt, chicken powder, basil leaves and black pepper for 1 minute. Sauce is ready. Grease grill with oil and grill the fish well. When it done remove in a platter. Topping with bell pepper sauce.
