Bean Salad:
Ingredients:
Boiled red beans 1 cup
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
Boiled potatoes 2
Onion 1
Tomatoes 1
Pineapple 1 cup
Chopped coriander ½ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil add chopped garlic fry well. Add red beans, chick pea, potatoes, black pepper, salt, vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple, tomatoes and onion mix well. Turn off flame and remove in a dish. Add chopped coriander and cheese and serve.

Kabab with Shimla Mirch:
Ingredients:
Seekh kabab 1 packet
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Carrot 2
Chopped capsicum 6
Butter 50 gm
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Oil as required
Method:
heat oil and fry kabab and remove in a platter. Sauté vegetables in butter, carrot, capsicum, black pepper, soy sauce, ketchup, salt fry well pour on kabab & serve.

Nargisi Daal:
Ingredients:
Boiled lentil 250 gm
Potatoes 1
Carrot 1
Bringle 1
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 4
Boiled eggs 4
Curry leaves 6
Stock 2 cup
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1-½ tsp
Green coriander as required
Method:
Heat oil add garlic and curry leave fry well. Add chopped carrot, bringle and potatoes fry well. Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt and stock cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add boiled lentil cook till 2 boils come. Remove in a dish. Cut boiled eggs from center. Sprinkle green chilies and green coriander
