Ingredients
- Ghee 1 cup solid
- Semolina 200 gm
- Caster sugar 4 ounces
- Desiccated coconut 2 ounces
- Baking powder 2 tsp heaped
- Olpers Cream 8 ounce
- Yogurt 500 gm or 3 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- For sugar syrup:
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Water 1-1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Rose water 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Mix ghee, semolina, caster sugar, desiccated coconut, baking powder, cream, yogurt and milk in a well.

Mix them altogether till smooth.

Pour this mixture in well greased 12×9 inches pan.

Level the top with spatula. Make cut marks in to cubes and place almond or cashew in middle of each cube.

Bake on 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes.

For Syrup: Cook water, sugar, lemon juice and rose water altogether till sugar is dissolved and thickens like a syrup.

Pour this syrup over baked cubes right after taking them out of oven.
