Banana And Coconut Cheese Cake Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients
- Chocolate chip cookies 8 ounces
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Olpers Cream 1, 1/2 cups
- Superfine sugar 1/3 cup
- Coconut(grated) 1/2 cup
- Coconut flavored liqueur 2 tbsp
- Ripe bananas 2
- Dark chocolate 4, 1/2 ounces
- Gelatin 1 envelope
- Water 3 tbsp
- Cheese cream 2/3 cup
- For Icing:
- Banana 1
- Lemon juice as required
- Chocolate(melted) as required
Cooking Directions
Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Shift the crushed cookies into a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter and mix it into the cookie crumbs until well coated.
Firmly press the cookie mixture into the base and on the sides of an 8 inch spring-form pan.
Beat together the cheese and superfine sugar until well mixed, then beat in the grated coconut and coconut flavored liqueur.
Mash the 2 bananas and beat them into the cheese mixture.
Melt the dark chocolate and beat it in until well mixed.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the water in a heatproof bowl and allow it to become spongy.
Now fill a pan with water and place it on the stove to heat up.
Put the gelatin bowl over the hot water pan and stir the gelatin until dissolved.
Turn down the heat and stir in the chocolate mixture.
Whip the cream until just holding its shape and stir it into the chocolate mixture.
Spoon the mixture over the cookie base and chill until set.
To serve, carefully transfer to a serving plate.
Slice the banana, toss in the lemon juice and arrange around the edge of the cheesecake.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and allow to set.
Serve chilled.
