Balochi Fried Fish:
Ingredients
Fish sliced ½ kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chili sliced 2
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Carom seeds 1 tbsp
Fennel powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Egg 2
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
All the ingredients add in a bowl except oil and mix well then marinate for 6 to 8 hours. Then heat oil in a pan and fry fish on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes then removes and serves.
Chapli Kabab Quesadilla :
Ingredients:
Chapli kabab 1 packet
Frozen paratha 6
Cheddar cheese 2 cups
Oil ¼ cup
Onion sliced 2 large
For green chutney:
Green chilies 4
Coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Tamarind paste 5 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry chapli kabab on both sides for 5 to 6 minutes and set a side .then add the all ingredients of green chantey in one cup water and grind well .after this fry paratha from both sides then on half paratha spread the chadder cheese then place the fried chapli kabab and onion and fold it then cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes and serve hot .
Chatpatti Grilled Chicken :
Ingredients:
Chicken leg boneless 4 pieces
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 6tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Hot sauce 6 tbsp
Green chili sauce 6 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well and leave to marinate for 4 to 5 hours. then heat oil in a grill pan and cook on medium heat from both side from 12 to 15 minutes and serve hot.
