Popular indian bread from the gujarati cuisine made by mixing 3 types of flours. Served best with yogurt.

BAJRA METHI DHEBRA

Ingredients

1 cup pearl millet (bajra) flour
½ cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
½ cup whole wheat flour (atta)
2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds (safed til)
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ cup yogurt
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing and drizzling

Method

1. Knead together pearl millet flour, fenugreek leaves, wheat flour, gram flour, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, yogurt and salt with water as required to a soft dough.
2. Grease your palms with some oil and divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out into medium size thin discs.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place discs on it and roast till the underside turns golden brown. Drizzle some oil and roast till golden brown from other side.
4. Serve hot with yogurt.
