Baba Ghanoush:
Ingredients:
Boiled eggplants 4
Onion 1
Tomatoes chopped 2
Green chilies chopped 2
Green coriander chopped 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Olives 3-4
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Pomegranate juice 4 tbsp
Olives oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Make the eggplant paste .now all ingredients mix and serve .

Turai Qeema:
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Ridged gourd ½ kg
Tomatoes 250 grams
Green chilies 10
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Onion 2
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green coriander 1 bunch
Method:
Finely cut the snake gourd and ½ cup water add and cook .when ridged gourd tender then blend it .in the second pan heat oil and fry onion .now add mince and all spices add and roast well .when water dry then add ridged gourd and roast on high flame .after this add chopped green chilies and green coriander add and serve .

Jalebi :
Ingredients for batter:
Flour 1cup
Sour yogurt 1 cup
Rice flour 4 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
For making sugar syrup:
Sugar 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Screw pine few drops
Yellow food color 1 pinch
Sterling Silver leave as required
Almond, pistachios as required
Clarified butter for frying
Method:
All batter ingredients mix and make thick batter and leave for 2 hours. After this for making sugar syrup in woke all sugar syrup ingredients mix and cook when thick then cool it. after this batter Wisk well then pour in ketchup bottle then heat clarified butter and fry when golden then dip in sugar syrup and serve.
