TCB: Have you tried any Pakistani dishes?

Chef: I have tried all Pakistani dishes and all food is good but biryani is my favorite. I like Pakistani dishes and their culture.

TCB: How do you feel about working in Marriott?

Chef: Mariott is a very nice group and international chain. For me joining marriot was very good. They help a lot in my work.

TCB: What is your management style?

Chef: My management style is very tough. I am very strict towards others during work.

TCB: What type of relationship you share with your staff?

Chef: Very friendly relationship but at the same time if you will make any mistake you have to pay.

TCB: What is the most challenging ingredient to work with?

Chef: For me are fruits.

TCB: You are stranded in an island what ingredients you want to be with you and what would you make?

Chef: I won’t take anything along with me i’ll take water from the island and fish and cook it.

TCB: How did you get interested in culinary art?

Chef: I was not a chef from the begining. I started university in financial sector, on the other hand my family started 2 3 restaurants. So, my interest was built in culinary world. Italy was very small country for me. So I visited different countries and learnt from there.
