4 medium potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Oil for shallow-frying
Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
1. Put potato slices in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix well and set aside for a few minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Add potato slices and shallow-fry till golden brown from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
