A healthy way to cook Chicken Wings without compromising on the taste.
AIR FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
500 gms chicken wings
2 inch ginger
5-6 garlic cloves
5-6 fresh coriander sprigs
10-12 fresh coriander roots
Salt to taste
4-5 dried red chillies, soaked in hot water
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
Iceberg lettuce as required
Alfalfa sprouts for garnishing
1. Roughly chop ginger and garlic and put them in a mixer jar. Add coriander sprigs, coriander roots, salt, soaked dried chillies, 1 tbsp water and grind to a fine paste. Transfer in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mix well. Add chicken wings and mix well and set aside marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Place marinated chicken wings in the basket of an air fryer, fit the basket to the fryer and cook at 200º C for 10-12 minutes.
4. Roughly tear lettuce leaves and make a bed on a serving platter. Place the air fried chicken wings over the lettuce, garnish with alfalfa sprouts and serve immediately.
