Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp

Achari Chicken Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 250gms
Yogurt 1/4 Cup
Oil 2 tbsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
National Achar Gosht Masala 1 tbsp

Pizza Topping Ingredients:

Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Pizza Sauce 1/2 Cup
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 1/4 tsp (Crushed)
Black Olives 1 tsp (Chopped)
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)

Dough Direction: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it’s rise. After that remove cover and punch this and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and press it and roll it and then cook it on tawa for 3 minutes on very low flame from both side with lid. After that your dough is ready.

Achari Chicken Direction: Take a bowl and add Yogurt, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice, Achar Gosht Masala, Oil and mix it well and then add Boneless Chicken and mix it well and rest it for 15 minutes. After that take a pot and put this marinated chicken and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame and then use medium to low flame and cook for 10 minutes with lid. After that remove the lid and stir it. Your Achari Chicken is Ready.

Pizza Topping Direction: Take cooked pizza dough and spread Pizza Sauce and then place Achari Chicken, Onion and then Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese, Green Chilli, Black Olives and then sprinkle Oregano, Button Red Chilli. Now your pizza is ready for bake. Bake it on slightly preheated tawa for 3 to 5 minutes on very low flame with lid. After that your Tawa Achari Pizza is ready.
Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 200c.
Without Oven Patila: Preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and bake for 30 minutes on medium to low flame.

Ingredients for Achar Gosht Masala:

Fennel Seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp
Nigella Seeds 1 tbsp
National Salt 1 tsp
National Dry Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
National Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 2 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp
Citric Acid 1/2 tsps

Direction: Take a grinder jar and add Fennel Seeds, Cumin, Mustard Seeds, Nigella Seeds and grind it and then add remaining all ingredients and mix it well only (Not grind). Your Achar Gosht Masala is Ready.
