Kesar Murgh Kasturi Curry is a sumptuous Indian dish that combines the richness of saffron with the aromatic flavors of fenugreek. Originating from the royal kitchens of India, this curry is known for its creamy texture and complex taste profile. The dish features tender chicken pieces cooked in a luscious gravy infused with aromatic spices, yogurt, and a hint of saffron that lends a royal touch. The addition of dried fenugreek leaves or ‘kasturi methi’ gives it a unique earthy aroma. Loved for its exotic flavors and creamy consistency, this curry is best enjoyed with naan or steamed rice, making it a favorite for special occasions and family gatherings.
