Directions

Step 1

Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, jasmine tea, ginger, garlic, honey, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.

Place the duck in a large dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
