Murgh Makhani Karahi is a delightful fusion dish that combines the rich, creamy flavors of butter chicken with the spicy, aromatic notes of traditional karahi. Originating from the bustling streets of Pakistan, this dish is cherished for its velvety texture and robust taste. The key ingredients include tender chicken pieces simmered in a luscious sauce of tomatoes, cream, and butter, complemented by aromatic spices like garam masala and freshly ground cumin. The dish is often garnished with fresh coriander and green chilies, adding a refreshing twist to its hearty profile. Loved by many for its irresistible taste and creamy consistency, it’s best enjoyed with naan or steamed basmati rice, making it a popular choice for family gatherings and festive occasions.
