Directions

Step 1

Boil potatoes until tender, peel and mash them, set aside.

Soak saffron in 2 tbsp of warm water, set aside.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, let them splutter.

Mix in tomatoes, coriander, salt, and saffron water, cook until chicken is done.

Stir in mashed potatoes, combine well, cook for another 5 minutes.
