Chapli kabab burger :
Ingredients:
Chicken chapli kabab 1 packet
Burger bun 4
Cheddar cheese 8
Mayonnaises 4 tbsp
Onion slice 4 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Tomato slice 2
For Green chatney:
Green chatney 4
Green coriander ½ bunch
Mint ¼ cup
Tamarind paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry chapli kabab then set aside .after this fry bun from both side and set aside .after this chatney ingredients mix water and blend well .then spread the chatney on bun both sides .then in the botton place onion slice then place chapli kabab .after this cheese slice ,tomato slice and then kabab then cheese slice and then mayonnaise then place on bun top slice then serve it .

Anday ka katakat :
Ingredients:
Egg 4
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Yogurt 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chili 3 tsp
Onion 1
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil to taste
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry onion .then add all masala ingredients and roast .then add yogurt .and further cook then break the egg and mix then roast .finally add green chili and green coriander and serve .

Tikkai:
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour 1-1/2kg
Chokar 4cup
Sugar 1-1/2cup
Clarified butter (desi) 2cup
Green cardamom 1-1/2tbsp
Eggs 12
Milk 1-1/2cup
Raisins 1cup
Peanuts roasted 2cups
Salt 1-1/2tsp
Porridge 3cups
Saffron for serving
Method:
In a pan heat milk and add saffron and let it cool. Now add green cardamom, whole wheat flour, coconut, salt porridge, eggs and mix it with milk and knead it. Lastly add raisins, peanuts and clarified butter and mix to set it for 1 hour. Then make a round thick bread and bake it for 30mins.
