Directions

Step 1

Press and drain the tofu, then cut it into cubes.

Step 2

In a blender, combine lemongrass, tamarind paste, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make a marinade. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
