Directions

Step 1

Peel and de-vein the prawns. Clean thoroughly and set aside.

Step 2

Peel the raw mango and cut into thin slices.

Step 3

Grind the mustard seeds with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and garlic, sauté until golden brown.

Add prawns to the pan along with turmeric and salt. Cook until prawns turn pink.

Add raw mango slices, mustard paste, and green chilies. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add coriander leaves, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
