Directions

Clean and wash the pabda fish thoroughly. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Grind the mustard seeds into a fine paste using a little water.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic paste and turmeric powder to the pan. Stir well.
