Directions

Step 1

Clean the squid thoroughly and cut into rings. Set aside.

Boil water and steep the chrysanthemum for 10 minutes to make tea. Strain and keep the liquid.

Step 3

Peel and section the tangerines, reserving the juice. Grate the ginger and set both aside.

Step 4

In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add ginger and continue to stir.

Add squid rings to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, tangerine juice, and chrysanthemum tea.
