Kesar Kasturi Paneer Korma is a luxurious North Indian dish that combines the richness of paneer with aromatic spices and a touch of saffron. Originating from the royal kitchens, this korma is known for its velvety gravy and fragrant flavors. The saffron, or kesar, imparts a golden hue and a distinct aroma, while the kasturi methi adds a subtle bitterness that balances the dish. Paneer cubes are simmered in a creamy sauce made with cashews, yogurt, and a blend of spices, resulting in a dish that’s both rich and comforting. This korma is often served at festive occasions and is loved for its exquisite taste and aroma.
