Directions

Step 1

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown.

Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add beef and sear on all sides.

Mix in coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili, and salt, stirring well.

Dissolve wheat flour in a cup of water and add to the pot, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Cook until the meat is tender and the gravy thickens. Sprinkle garam masala before serving.
