Directions

Step 1

Steep the Longjing tea leaves in 200 ml of hot water for 5 minutes and strain.

Step 2

Slice the beef into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce, ginger, and strained tea for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Add marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned. Remove from the pan.
