Directions

Step 1

Boil and mash the potatoes. Grate the paneer and mix with mashed potatoes, salt, and a pinch of turmeric.

Form small balls from the mixture and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the kofta balls until golden brown, and remove from oil.

In the same pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauté until aromatic. Add onions and cook until golden brown.

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Stir in coriander, cumin, red chili, and turmeric powders.

Add cream and mix well. Gently add the koftas and let them simmer in the gravy for 10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
