Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine flour and water to create a smooth batter.

Step 2

Add eggs and mix well until fully incorporated.

Step 3

Stir in shredded cabbage and mix until the vegetables are evenly coated in the batter.

Add shrimp and a splash of soy sauce into the mixture and stir gently.

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.

Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan and shape into a thick pancake.
