Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add lemongrass, galangal slices, and lime leaves. Let it simmer for 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.

Add chopped onion and tomatoes to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.

Stir in the chili paste and fish sauce. Mix well until fully dissolved.
