Directions

Step 1

Chop the onions, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic. Set them aside for cooking.

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.

Add tomatoes, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the mixture softens and oil starts to separate.
