Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.

Step 2

In a pan, melt 1 Tbsp of Butter and sauté Garlic and Ginger until fragrant.

Step 3

Add chopped Tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy. Let it cool slightly.

Step 4

Transfer the tomato mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 5

In the same pan, melt the remaining Butter and add the blended sauce.

Step 6

Add Coriander Powder, Turmeric, and Salt.

Step 7

Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Add the Chicken pieces and stir well to coat with the sauce.

Step 9

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Step 10

Stir in Cream and crushed Fenugreek Leaves. Let it simmer for another 5–10 minutes.

Step 11

Serve hot with Rice or Naan. Garnish with a swirl of cream if desired.
