Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Mix well and leave it for 20 minutes so the flavors absorb properly into the chicken fillets.

Prepare the coating station by placing flour in one bowl and mixing egg with milk in another bowl. Dip each chicken fillet into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and coat again with flour for a crispy texture.
