Ingredients:
Chicken mince 750 gm
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 4 cloves
Chicken masala 2 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 2
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1
Method:
Put all ingredients in food processor, blend finely and keep in fridge for 30-45 minutes.
Then put bread crumbs in tray, roll chicken mixture in it and make balls.
Then flat it.
Now coat chops with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
