Kesar Murgh Nargisi Kofta is a delightful Indian dish that combines the rich flavors of saffron-infused chicken with the aromatic spices of traditional kofta. Originating from the royal kitchens of Mughal India, this dish is known for its exquisite taste and vibrant color. The saffron, known as kesar in Hindi, imparts a unique aroma and golden hue, while the kofta, or meatballs, are made from minced chicken blended with a medley of spices. This dish is often served with a creamy gravy, making it both a visual and culinary delight. Loved for its luxurious taste and festive appeal, it’s a perfect choice for special occasions and family gatherings.
