(ٹماٹر تین عدد (باریک کٹے ہوئے
(پیاز ایک عدد (تلی ہوئی
ہری مرچ چار عدد

ترکیب

پہلے تیل میں بھنڈیاں فرائی کر لیں، یہاں تک کہ وہ براؤن ہو جائیں۔
پھر انھیں نکال کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔
اب اسی تیل میں لہسن، نمک، پسی لال مرچ، کلونجی اور ہلدی فرائی کریں اور تھوڑا پانی شامل کر دیں۔
پھر اس میں ٹماٹر ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔
آخر میں فرائی کی ہوئی بھنڈیاں، ہری مرچ اور تلی پیاز شامل کرکے دس منٹ کے لیے دم پر چھوڑ دیں۔
بھنڈی مصالحہ تیار ہے۔
