  1. Put garlic paste, mustard powder, salt, onion, ajinomoto,soya sauce, black pepper and chilli flakes in chicken mince mix well.
  2. Make ball give shape them in big and flat pattie.
  3. Coat into beaten egg then crushed corn flakes and shallow fry .
  4. Take buns slightly toast on tawa.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on buns.
  6. Put cucumber, tomato slices and salad leaves on top of  pattie.
  7. Serve hot with fries and coleslaw.
