  1. Boil milk and sugar in a pan.
  2. Now add corn flour and gelatin, make it thick custard.
  3. Now turn off the flame.
  4. Now blend fig with evaporated milk, vanilla essence and egg in a blender.
  5. Now add the blend mixture in milk and mix with spoon.
  6. Then add beaten cream and walnut.
  7. Now put it into air tight container, leave it to freeze for 6 hours.
  8. Then take it out and beat it again and freeze it again.
