  • Instructions for schezwan chicken:

    1- In a bowl, add chicken, salt, vinegar, corn flour, soy sauce, black pepper powder, egg and mix it well.

  • 2- Keep in the refrigerator for an hour. After that fry it in the cooking oil until golden brown.
  • 3- In a cooking pan, add cooking , garlic paste, ginger paste, whole red chili, green chili and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4- Now add, chili paste, fried chicken, salt, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5- Now add, chicken stock, corn flour (mixed with water) and cook until thickend.
  • 6- Your tasty Schezwan now ready Serve with Boiled Rice.
